First, the advanced socialization of technologies (Smshop.fun) and all of its subpages within the territory of Saudi Arabia, and the business engagement approach that Smshop applies to any employees, consultants, vendors or partners operating in the GCC region, hereinafter collectively referred to as Smshop. The policy below applies and is strictly adhered to, as Smshop is the operator of its program in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Advanced Social Character Technologies (Smshop) is a leading e-commerce, digital goods, and app recharging platform that adheres to the highest standards of governance and ethical behavior. This policy outlines the principles and procedures that govern our operations and support our legal and ethical responsibilities.

II: Combating Bribery and Corruption
Smshop strictly prohibits all forms of bribery and corrupt practices. Employees and partners must conduct all business dealings with transparency and integrity, adhering to relevant laws and customs.

III. Trade Compliance
Advanced Social Character Technologies (Smshop) strictly adheres to international trade laws. We will not do business with vendors or partners from countries that are subject to international sanctions or embargoes (including those imposed by the United Nations Security Council or FATF-related lists). The Company prohibits doing business with any partners who are reported to be engaged in prohibited activities. Under no circumstances does the Company allow cash deposits, bank transfers, or the use of virtual accounts as payment methods. All products sold through Smshop are non-refundable for cash, and cannot be exchanged or converted to cash either directly or via recharge. Use only within the specific publisher's app or through an authorized retailer's point of sale. Despite being a platform that is not directly regulated, Smshop voluntarily applies the Know Your Customer (KYC) with vendors, and due diligence procedures to ensure the integrity of the trading network.

IV: Operational Integrity in Conflict Areas
Smshop prohibits dealing with vendors or publishers operating in internationally recognized conflict zones to avoid any indirect support for activities that threaten peace and stability.

V: Content Restrictions and Partnerships
The Company prohibits dealing with any content or partners in the following cases: Trading gold and precious metals, counterfeit luxury goods, open-loop cryptocurrencies. Unauthorized weapons and pharmaceuticals. Material that is pornographic, obscene, racist, or incites violence or genocide. Publishers that offer games of chance or promote conspiracy theories. Any religious or political services or content that may incite social discord.

VI: Monitoring
Advanced Social Stamp Technologies (Smshop) conducts periodic reviews of vendor practices. Any violations are addressed immediately, and instances of non-compliance can be reported by mail: report-ethics@smshop.fun

VII: Incident Response and Whistleblower Protection

VIII: Conflict resolution
Disputes are handled by a specialized team to ensure fair and swift resolution. Any unauthorized resale or plagiarism will be met with strict legal action.

IX: Employee Trading Restrictions
Employees of Social Character Advanced Technologies (Smshop) and its affiliates are prohibited from purchasing the company's products for personal use. Strict detection and prevention measures are in place.

X: Enhancing due diligence in high-value transactions
The company applies enhanced due diligence procedures to any purchase of group vouchers in excess of SAR 10,000 as part of identity verification in accordance with the principle of Know Your Customer (KYC). Records of these transactions are kept for up to seven years to ensure transparency and traceability.

This policy is reviewed annually or as needed to reflect legal and ethical changes. Updates are communicated to all stakeholders.

Policy enforcement
Any breach of this policy will be met with corrective action up to and including termination of partnerships or legal action.
